As a classically trained dancer for many years, health, wellness and physical dexterity are organically an essential part of my life. For the past 20 years, I have been a devoted Yoga practitioner both in my native England and have deepened my practice here in Los Angeles. I have been influenced by a variety of styles, studying with many inspiring teachers. As my passion for Yoga has grown, I have embarked on a path of teaching for over a decade, carefully developing my own style...blending the best of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yin/Restorative. My goal is to guide students to deepen their awareness of body through breath, alignment and curiosity. We work together to build a personal practice involving strength, stability, increased mobility and fun! I combine a deep respect for the ancient practice of Yoga with my love of movement, always infusing a sense of humor and joy for life. As we work together, let us strive toward a greater sense of peace, stillness, and wellness in mind and body. As I teach you, you also teach me.
